President
Joshua DeSilva was raised on Maui and has the relationships and key insider knowledge to open the right doors and roll out the red carpet. Josh has worked in the DMC industry for 17 years and in the hospitality business for 23 years. As a former President of the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association, he knows the business and understands the importance of listening to his customers. We are intentionally a small company so that we can truly focus on each individual client, turning their dreams into reality.
 
     
  Production Manager
Tom Hall has over 35 years experience in the Maui music industry and is the owner of Melody Line Productions recording studio. His in-depth knowledge of the incredible pool of talent on Maui is truly impressive. In addition, Tom is an accomplished musician himself. Whether your production needs are complex or quite simple we can coordinate the resources to the get the job done professionally.
 
     
  Event Coordinator
January Asbury is a native of North Carolina, yet has called Maui her home since 2005. After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 1999 with a degree in finance, she left for a six year period, to establish and operate a hospitality and adventure sport company in the Swiss Alps. She has lived and traveled extensively throughout Europe, Australia, Latin America and the South Pacific. January is passionate in her role at DMC where she handles multiple aspects of operations and program coordination including staffing, vendor negotiations, purchasing, accounting, research costing, and onsite preparations.
 
     
  Office Manager
Robyn DeSilva, originally from South Africa, provides excellent organizational and interpersonal skills managing many of the day to day office details. She embodies the spirit of aloha, is very dedicated and is a joy to work with.
